thinking about going to the *dark side*

I am sick of my server and I have some friends on a horde server so I am considering switching server and factions ..
Currently I am a HUMAN so I will have to switch to a lil delicate BELF - I am assuming that all my gear will stay and anything that is faction specific like mounts and stuff will switch to the horde equivalent ??

has anyone else done this or am I crazy for even thinking of it .. ta muchly

Yes, all Trial of the Crusader gear and craftables will be converted over to their Horde equivalent. Just be warned however, all of your Argent Tournament city achievements will be reset and you will have to complete the tournament dailies from Aspirant again. Several chains worth of Icecrown quests will also be able to be picked up again.

As for coming to the Horde... why haven't you done it sooner?

now I just need to justify to myself the £35 English pounds to transfer servers and factions may be I'll switch to horde first and then change servers at a later date ..

I don't get to play much these days .. but maybe a switch will fill me with enthusiasm again .. thanks for the info

A change is never necessarily bad. Never hurts to dabble on the other side of the house either. Perhaps make a Horde alt to play around on for awhile, get to know the lay of the lands from their point of view.
